These are the terms that apply when you buy a guide or join Only Dan's Gardening Club at club.onlydansgarden.com. Only Dan's Gardening Club is run by Daniel, trading as Only Dan's Garden, a sole trader based in Glasgow, UK. If anything here doesn't make sense, email daniel@onlydansgarden.com and ask.

What you can buy

Individual step-by-step gardening guides as downloadable PDFs, or membership of the club, which gives you every guide in the library for as long as you stay a member, plus anything new added while you're signed up.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken at the point of purchase, and membership is billed automatically every month from the date you join until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details are never seen or stored by Only Dan's Garden.

Delivery

Guides are delivered instantly as a digital download once payment goes through, tied to your account so you can download them again any time. There's nothing posted out and nothing to wait for.

Your right to cancel

As a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase with no reason needed. Because these guides are digital content delivered immediately, the law treats them a little differently: that 14‑day right ends as soon as download begins, provided you've asked for immediate delivery and confirmed you understand you're giving up the right to cancel once you have. That confirmation is the checkbox you tick at checkout, and it's the reason guides can be handed over instantly rather than held back for two weeks.

If a guide turns out to be faulty, corrupted, or not as described, that's not affected by any of this: email daniel@onlydansgarden.com and it'll be put right or refunded.

Cancelling membership

Cancel your membership any time from your account, no reason needed and no fee. You'll keep access to the whole library until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

Using what you buy

Guides are for your own use in your own garden. You're welcome to print a copy for yourself, but please don't resell, share paid guides publicly, or pass them on to people who haven't bought them or joined the club.

Changes to these terms

These terms might be updated from time to time as the club grows. The current version always applies to new purchases; if anything material changes, it'll be reflected on this page with an updated date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Scottish courts.
